MIVAN Inventory Protocol (Dispatch Process)

Prior to sending the materials, soft copy of codified inventory list of each consignment is required to be sent to the centralize system formwork cell and receiving site.
After checking of quantities of packing list with details, and further authentication from centralized yard and receiving site, the materials will be dispatched to receiving site.
Before dispatching of materials, requirement of receiving site and packing list must be verified by centralized system formwork cell.
Before dispatch of materials, all the materials must be segregated component wise and cleaned properly (free from concrete).
During the dispatch of materials, the damaged or off cuts materials will not be dispatched to required sites.
While loading of materials to commercial vehicles, the materials must be loaded component wise and numbered as total number of components.
All the materials should be dispatched through weigh tonnage.
The hard copies must be sent along with the vehicles and materials.
Off cut panels special components will be dispatched to central yard and during the dispatch, the challan must be electronically generated.
Before selling of scrap, a personnel from centralized yard must inspect the site scrap and damaged materials.
